- You will support the development of the company's activities in French-speaking Switzerland
- You will act as a key link between the Geneva office and Zurich, ensuring that initiatives are properly adapted to
- You will contribute to the coordination of local marketing and communication activities
- You will help organize and support events, campaigns, and visibility initiatives in the region
- You will manage, qualify, and follow up on leads through HubSpot
- You will help structure CRM usage and support lead distribution within the commercial pipeline
- You will develop relationships with selected B2B stakeholders and business introducers in the local ecosystem
- You will contribute to opening doors and generating qualified opportunities for the Wealth Officers
- You have experience in business development, relationship management, marketing coordination, or a hybrid
- You have previous exposure to the wealth management, private banking, family office, or broader financial
- You are comfortable with financial terminology and industry codes, without needing to be a technical product
- You are confident using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- You are fluent in French and English; German is a plus
- You are organized, hands-on, and able to work with a high level of autonomy
- You have strong communication skills and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset
