Our client is an established and growing software company operating across Europe.The incoming Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the Swiss market by acquiring new strategic customers and expanding existing accounts.Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and win new customers
– Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers
– Lead complex sales processes in collaboration with internal teams
– Develop tailored solution concepts for customers
– Negotiate contracts and framework agreementsAccount Management:
– Manage and grow existing accounts
– Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities
– Support onboarding and rollout of software solutions
– Maintain CRM documentation and sales forecasts
– Provide structured market feedback to internal stakeholdersKey experience:
– 4+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS or enterprise software)
– Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles
– Strong consultative sales approach
– Entrepreneurial, self-driven working style
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Fluent German, additional languages are a plus
