ayroll Management:
  • Implement and oversee payroll systems, ensuring accurate calculation and timely processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
  • Manage payroll updates related to new hires, terminations, and compensation adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed payroll records, execute headcount analysis, and recommend enhancements to payroll systems.
  • Coordinate payroll closing actions, ensuring compliance with internal controls in partnership with finance and operations leadership.
  • Generate and distribute employee payslips, maintaining transparency and accuracy.
Operational Excellence:
  • Address and resolve payroll inquiries and issues, implementing solutions for risk mitigation and process improvement.
  • Keep the organization informed on regulatory changes affecting payroll, ensuring widespread compliance.
  • Support compliance efforts with local payroll and labor laws, facilitating audits by providing necessary documentation.

  • Education: High school diploma required, with further qualifications in finance, management, or human resources management preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Proven ability to develop, communicate, and implement policies and procedures.
  • Experience managing payroll in a global organization across multiple locations or markets.
  • Expertise in establishing payroll processes and controls.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and payroll software.
  • Understanding of taxation, social security, and regulatory requirements related to local and international assignments.
  • English proficiency is mandatory, with French being highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
