- Implement and oversee payroll systems, ensuring accurate calculation and timely processing of salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
- Manage payroll updates related to new hires, terminations, and compensation adjustments.
- Maintain detailed payroll records, execute headcount analysis, and recommend enhancements to payroll systems.
- Coordinate payroll closing actions, ensuring compliance with internal controls in partnership with finance and operations leadership.
- Generate and distribute employee payslips, maintaining transparency and accuracy.
- Address and resolve payroll inquiries and issues, implementing solutions for risk mitigation and process improvement.
- Keep the organization informed on regulatory changes affecting payroll, ensuring widespread compliance.
- Support compliance efforts with local payroll and labor laws, facilitating audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Education: High school diploma required, with further qualifications in finance, management, or human resources management preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven ability to develop, communicate, and implement policies and procedures.
- Experience managing payroll in a global organization across multiple locations or markets.
- Expertise in establishing payroll processes and controls.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and payroll software.
- Understanding of taxation, social security, and regulatory requirements related to local and international assignments.
- English proficiency is mandatory, with French being highly desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
