:PM Group are looking for a Package Lead - Mechanical to work on a Pharma Labs and Offices retro fit project. The role will be based near Schaffhausen in Switzerland :
Lead mechanical construction package for pharma laboratory and office retrofit, including HVAC, clean utilities, and process systems installation
Interface with design consultants and engineers to resolve mechanical design issues, review submittals, and ensure constructability of systems
Supervise mechanical contractors and subcontractors, ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements
Coordinate mechanical system tie-ins with existing facility infrastructure while maintaining operational continuity and contamination control
Implement inspection procedures for mechanical installations, witness testing, and ensure systems meet design performance criteria
Develop mechanical package schedules, coordinate with other trades, and manage critical path activities for timely project delivery
Prepare mechanical systems for commissioning activities, coordinate with commissioning agents, and support startup procedures
Maintain as-built documentation, equipment data, test records, and coordinate turnover packages for mechanical systems

Minimum 8-10 years mechanical construction experience with 5+ years in pharma, biotech, or regulated industries
Comprehensive knowledge of pharma HVAC systems, clean utilities, compressed air, and laboratory exhaust systems
Proven experience leading mechanical packages on complex construction projects with multiple stakeholders
Understanding of pharma mechanical system requirements, cGMP standards, and clean room construction practices
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
