You will lead calendar planning, licensor agreements, campaign development, cross-regional alignment, and performance analytics to accelerate growth with Families and Gen-Z. You will directly report to Burger King Partnership Programs Leader and will be part of Burger King International Marketing team, working closely with marketing teams across all the regions and external agencies.This is a high-visibility role requiring operational discipline, stakeholder management, and strong marketing passion.RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.The employment contract will be provided by a third-party employment. We are providing a full-time, fixed-term employment until the end of 2026, with a possibility of the contract extension.Your roles & responsibilities:Co-lead Partnerships Marketing Calendar and Campaigns DevelopmentWork with the Lead to design the brand licensed marketing calendar & campaigns.Align contract scope, toy and merchandising development and ordering timeline and creative assets approvals.Orchestrate partnership regional/franchise governance forums (biweekly/monthly).Ensure execution, readiness and timeline discipline.Coordinate the Licensor Contract end-to-end process with the licensing agencyLock scope with regional marketing and internal legal via licensing agency.Lead status tracking, budget reconciliation, and milestone adherence.Maintain structured documentation and compliance oversight.Analyze performance & surface insightsConsolidate KPIs across regions and business analysis teams.Translate data into actionable insights and post-launch learnings.Track competitive activations and cultural/social signals to inform pipeline and risk mitigation, together with agencies.Project-manage the day-to-day engineRun status meetings, update timelines, manage execution trackers.Prepare franchise facing presentation decks and coordinate legal/Reg approvals.Act as a responsive point-of-contact for regional teams, agencies and cross-functional partners, ensuring questions are resolved quickly.Marketing Function ExpertBe part of the international marketing partnerships, communication and innovation teams, supporting the day-to-day budget & creative assets development processes, owning the marketing assets platform.Your skills & experience:
At least bachelor's degree in marketing/business/communications.
2+ years of experience in marketing, in QSR, FMCG industries. Experience in regional roles is preferred.
Working knowledge of Power BI dashboards and basic SQL.
Knowledge of the MS Office.
Data-driven decision-making capability.
Strong cross-functional project management. Proven track record in complex projects management.
High attention to detail with execution rigor.
Clear, persuasive communicator able to influence senior stakeholders.
Ownership mindset; thrives in ambiguity and tight timelines.
Agile, organized, solutions-oriented operator.
Fluency in English.
