In this role, you will act as a central point of expertise for complex KYC matters, ensuring the highest standards of due diligence and regulatory compliance for our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) clientele.Responsibilities:Act as the go-to expert for KYC/AML matters across the Private Wealth Management segmentLead and review onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven KYC processes for low, medium, and high-risk accountsReview legal and corporate documentation and ensure compliance, including for complex structures (e.g., trusts, foundations, offshore entities)Interpret and apply internal policies and external regulatory requirements (FINMA, FATF, EU, etc.)Support Front Office, Compliance, and Operations with advice on KYC and client due diligenceDrive process enhancements and contribute to strategic KYC initiatives and system improvementsLiaise with global counterparts to ensure alignment with Deutsche Bank’s global KYC standardsEscalate high-risk or sensitive cases and support preparation for internal and regulatory auditsSkills:Minimum 3+ years of experience in KYC/AML within a private banking or wealth management environment (preferred exposure to LATAM IPB market)Strong knowledge of Swiss and international regulatory frameworks and best practicesProven experience handling complex client structures and high-risk client profilesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environmentAbility to multitaskFluency in English, Spanish and PortugueseBachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business, or a related field; CAMS or similar certification preferredWell-being & BenefitsEmotionally and mentally balanced
