Outside of work, they're parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.Your missionOur team, Brand Fundamentals, owns the brand domain, and our mission is to ensure that the brand truth can be reliably consumed by humans, systems, and AI. We constantly raise the bar and build the tools that help our customers maintain consistency, while growing their brands.You'll lead the Brand Fundamentals teams and play a critical role in elevating our team's performance and capabilities. When leading both backend and frontend engineers in your team, you'll need a deep understanding of how to architect, plan, and drive implementation in a SaaS product at scale. You will drive technical excellence and support the team in delivering impactful solutions. \nYour responsibilities

Lead a software development team, mentor engineers, inspire high performance, and foster team cohesion.
Mentor the engineers in your team and guide them to grow.
Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes and handle uncertainty.
Contribute to product decisions, plan delivery cycles, and drive the team toward measurable, successful outcomes.
Actively participate in hands-on development, working alongside engineers to design, implement, and review changes; take ownership of delivering high-quality software on time, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Architect scalable solutions, guide technical vision, and balance innovation with technical debt.

Your story

You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office - or even mix it up during the week! Choose where to work from that works best for you.
You've led software development teams for at least 2 years, mentoring engineers, inspiring high performance and fostering a cohesive team.
You have proven professional experience with React, Typescript, and PHP, as you will lead a multidisciplinary team.
You're an expert in architecting/designing, developing, and maintaining large software solutions.
You hold strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
You speak English fluently.
