The role is responsible for leading the Change Management team, ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements. The Head of Change Management will drive the implementation of new tools, regulatory changes, and operational excellence, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Your role
  • Lead and manage the Change Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Transfer Agent.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of change initiatives, including process improvements, regulatory projects, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of new tools, workflows, and system enhancements within the Transfer Agent department.
  • Conduct impact assessments, develop change management plans, and coordinate communication and training activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Liaise with IT, Operations, Compliance, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure all changes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the team and department.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, service providers, and management.
Your profile
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in change management, project management, or a similar function within financial services, ideally in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration
  • Fluent in french and english, german is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of fund industry operations and regulatory environment
  • Experience with change management methodologies and project management tools
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant IT systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in process improvement and automation
  • Team player, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented
  • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
