- Lead and manage the Change Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Transfer Agent.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of change initiatives, including process improvements, regulatory projects, and system upgrades.
- Ensure the effective implementation of new tools, workflows, and system enhancements within the Transfer Agent department.
- Conduct impact assessments, develop change management plans, and coordinate communication and training activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Liaise with IT, Operations, Compliance, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Maintain documentation and ensure all changes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the team and department.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, service providers, and management.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in change management, project management, or a similar function within financial services, ideally in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration
- Fluent in french and english, german is an asset
- Strong knowledge of fund industry operations and regulatory environment
- Experience with change management methodologies and project management tools
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant IT systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in process improvement and automation
- Team player, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
