Analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for data-driven solutions.
Design and support robust data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and alignment with analytical goals.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, using strong technical insight to ensure feasible, effective solutions.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that drive informed decision-making.
Document data models, workflows, and system interfaces to support transparency and maintainability. Champion best practices in data governance, data quality, and process optimization.
SKILLSMust have
Primary: - Coordination skills, self-driven, collaborate with the team to design and implement AI-driven solutions - Strong focus on requirements engineering & solicitation - Prior and recent exposure to Financial Instruments / Market Data in a Banking environment, Secondary: - Experienced with integration of distributed internal and 3rd-party services (e.g. APIs be it RESTful, GraphQL, messages, data streams, MCP) - Experience with Azure Cloud and DevOps tools to deploy and maintain solutions - Experienced with Big Data (Data Lake - especially Databricks Deltalake, ETL, etc.) - Experienced with MCP (communication between agentic AI and backends) / LLM, potentially interactions between agents
Nice to have
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data visualization platforms is a plus.
