Cleaning, care and storage of porcelain, glass, cutlery and kitchen crockery
Cleanliness of the kitchen area and F&B back office area
Proper use and care of the machines and equipment provided
Waste disposal in accordance with local guidelines
Induction of new employees
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable experience in the stewarding team in the upscale hotel industry
A high degree of flexibility, assertiveness, resilience and commitment
Team-oriented, independent and precise way of working
German or English language skills
