For our offices in Baar (hybrid working model) we are recruiting for anIntern Commercial (12 months), 70 - 100 %About the jobYou will be responsible for supporting the commercial teams of the Swiss Affiliate with the following key accountabilities and responsibilities:Assist in preparing promotional materials, internal presentations, and sales reportsSupport launch and post-launch activities, including event planningSupport coordination and execution of Digital/Omnichannel communication initiativesSupport coordination and execution of affiliate commercial projects across disease areas in close collaboration with the Head Commercial and Product ManagersWhat you will doLaunch & Marketing ExcellenceSupport the execution of the omnichannel customer engagement plan.Support the design and the implementation of key initiatives to provide disease education and optimize patient pathways.Support the organization of cross functional projects such as external congresses.Assess needs and defines customer Channel report with business partnersSupport development of launch readiness activities and key account planningProject ManagementChecks and revise documents, ads, etc. upon analysis of analytical data (campaign performances).Coordinate internal material review processes to ensure timely and compliant delivery.Coordinate the dissemination of scientific and commercial information to Health Care Professionals or the public (e.g., website).Prepare internal presentations and updates.Conduct desk research on various topics (market size, market environment etc.)RequirementsBachelor’s degree (e.g., working student obtaining a master’s degree or recently completed master’s degree)Experience in project management is an assetA proactive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work according to tight timelines and to prioritize workloadExcellent personal organizational, time management and interpersonal skillsAbility to interpret and summarize complex data in a clear, logical, and concise mannerExceptional attention to detail and consistencyNative level written and spoken German; advanced written and spoken English, French and Italian skills would be advantageousPrevious experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageousJob Level: InternshipWhy Biogen?We are a global team with a commitment to excellence, and a pioneering spirit.
