- Manage Switzerland's reward operations, including payroll-related processes, incentives, and employee lifecycle compensation
- Apply reward policies consistently and ensure alignment with Swiss standards and company guidelines
- Lead people-cost planning and forecasting for the Swiss organization in partnership with Finance
- Analyze compensation and workforce data to provide insights for Swiss leadership teams
- Support local workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational changes
- Collaborate with global Rewards teams to implement frameworks adapted to the Swiss setup
- Advise managers, HRBPs, and employees on compensation topics and talent decisions
- Improve reward processes, reporting, and systems used in the Swiss market
- Provide training and guidance to strengthen reward understanding across HR and line managers
- University degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 4 - 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics in Switzerland
- Strong understanding of Swiss compensation structures, payroll processes, and benefits practices
- High attention to detail with strong process reliability
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to recommend practical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to influence without formal authority and manage diverse stakeholder needs
- Proficiency in German and English
