As Country Rewards Manager (m/f/d), you play a pivotal role in shaping the reward landscape of our Swiss Business Unit. You will lead all compensation, benefits, and people-cost processes, ensuring they are well-planned, well-governed, and fully aligned with our business priorities.In this role, you act as the local subject-matter expert for payroll, incentive plans, pensions, and reward operations, while working closely with the Rewards Center of Expertise (CoE) to bring consistent, scalable, and employee-centric solutions to life.Success in this position requires a strong analytical mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights that guide decision-making and strengthen our talent and performance processes.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage Switzerland's reward operations, including payroll-related processes, incentives, and employee lifecycle compensation
  • Apply reward policies consistently and ensure alignment with Swiss standards and company guidelines
  • Lead people-cost planning and forecasting for the Swiss organization in partnership with Finance
  • Analyze compensation and workforce data to provide insights for Swiss leadership teams
  • Support local workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational changes
  • Collaborate with global Rewards teams to implement frameworks adapted to the Swiss setup
  • Advise managers, HRBPs, and employees on compensation topics and talent decisions
  • Improve reward processes, reporting, and systems used in the Swiss market
  • Provide training and guidance to strengthen reward understanding across HR and line managers
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • University degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics in Switzerland
  • Strong understanding of Swiss compensation structures, payroll processes, and benefits practices
  • High attention to detail with strong process reliability
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to recommend practical solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and manage diverse stakeholder needs
  • Proficiency in German and English
