You speak with the salesperson to obtain useful information about the product. You take a test drive = DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED. After the visit, you must complete the online questionnaire in ENGLISH (the same day). The questionnaire must be complete and well-written (complete and precise sentences). The briefing and questionnaires will be sent to you by email. After your appointment, check your spam or contact your advisor if you have not received anything or if you have any questions. No employee will be present at the point of sale: do not reveal your role as a mystery shopper.
