In this position, you will lead both strategy and hands-on execution, driving our employer branding and talent acquisition efforts across all locations. You will also be part of the global People Board, collaborating with leaders worldwide to shape the talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Leading our global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team, setting the strategy, and guiding the team to deliver great results
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and driving proactive sourcing to attract top talent
Designing and continuously improving recruitment processes, standards, and tools to ensure efficiency and consistency across all locations
Representing the company at events, panels, and keynotes to showcase our employer brand
Collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels, including the People Board and Head of People, to align recruitment with the business goals and strategy
Analyzing recruitment data and labor market trends to make informed, data-driven decisions and improve outcomes
Creating and sharing knowledge, training programs, and best practices to strengthen the team and ensure high-quality outcomes
Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring initiatives
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Proven leadership of a global team
Hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Track record in designing and implementing recruitment strategies and processes
Strong skills in employer branding, proactive sourcing, and candidate engagement
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in German and English is a must
