Mercier Consultancy MD is on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representatives in Sofia. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are fluent in Portuguese and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address inquiries related to products and services, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions with customers and maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and service changes to provide the best support possible.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
