Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.In the FXMM / PM & Treasury department within the global function Treasury & Payments of Global Operations & Corporate Services, we are looking for an engaged and motivated Team Head to take the overall responsibility for Foreign Exchange, Money Market & Precious Metals processing.
The main function of the FXMM & PM processing team is trade confirmation / matching and trade settlement of all FX (Forex), MM (Money market) and PM (Precious Metal) transactions.YOUR CHALLENGEResponsibility for the team FXMM & PM Processing (8)Ensure daily business readiness and provide services with Operations high quality standardsSupport and contribute to the development of departments risk framework and financial goalsIdentify and develop internal talents. Manage the performance and professional development of team membersResponsibility for IT and process changes, especially in collaboration with internal project teams (RoC: Replacement of the Core System)YOUR PROFILECompleted banking education with several years of experience in the banking sector, preferably with higher educationExperience as a team leader within the FXMM / Cash Management areaExperience in Cash Management, FX, Precious Metals and Money Market Settlements and in-depth understanding of Front-to-Back processKnowledge of CBPR+, SWIFT, SEPA and SIC messages and standards (ISO20022), Instant Payments beneficialProven leadership skillsCompleted banking education with several years of experience in the banking sector, preferably with higher educationGood organizational, planning, analytical and conceptual skills.
