On behalf of our client operating in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a technically skilled and highly organized Production Planner to join their team in Lenzburg, supporting BiMOS semiconductor production. In this key role, you will ensure the timely and efficient manufacturing and delivery of products by coordinating across multiple departments and systems. Your ability to stay composed under pressure and take decisive corrective actions will be essential in managing production performance in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
Operational production planning and line control using SAP ERP
Daily monitoring of production progress, considering customer demand, material availability, capacity, and product mix
Taking targeted corrective actions in case of deviations
Collaborating closely with multiple departments including Production, Procurement, Sales, and Engineering
Regular and routine use of reporting tools, MES software, and SAP ERP
Contributing to projects aimed at process optimization in automated production and improving Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Requirements:
Completed technical or commercial vocational training
Ideally, further education in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Technician HF, or equivalent
Several years of experience in production planning and/or capacity and demand planning
Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP and Microsoft Office 365
Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills, structured working style, and attention to detail
