- Structural Integration: Partner closely with project managers and structural engineers to translate engineering requirements into intelligent digital models.
- Education: Completed vocational training as a Draftsman (EFZ) or a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Mastery: Solid, professional-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Software Toolkit: Proficiency in Dynamo, Civil3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Industry Background: Previous experience in hydropower, heavy civil engineering, or underground mining is highly advantageous.
- Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in German and English; ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Work Ethic: A collaborative, collegial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and quality.
