- Administrative support to the sales team, commercial offers and customer communication in German, French. Italian is a plus. English, mandatory for internal communication.
- Process customer requests and calls
- Support the response to tenders, preparation of the dossier and required documents
- Organisation of customer events, congresses, symposiums
- Organisation and participation at internal commercial or educational meetings
- Support of the team with the usage and maintenance of the CRM (Salesforce)
- Close cooperation with the Business Manager and the sales team
- Support and follow-up of commercial administrative activities (contracts, pricing, credit notes and similar)
- Support and being the local key person for marketing activities and coordination
- Management of marketing material, promotional material, collateral, local marketing budget
- Administrative management of sponsoring requests and their implementation
- Participation in internal regional transnational structures for document management for example or similar
- Enjoy working in a proactive and autonomous way, in a complex environment
- Demonstrate high ethical standards and knowledge of regulated business environments
- Analytical thinking and sound, business driven sense of urgency
- Proven capabilities to operate the usual business software platforms, MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI, SAP, InDesign, Salesforce CRM, Sharepoint, Showpad etc.
- Self-motivated and reliable person, ready to being part of the commercial team
- Willing to travel occasionally, to attend internal meetings / trainings or customer events
- Emotional intelligence and good networking skills, also through virtual meetings / calls.
