Contribute to making the company a “Best Place to Work” by nurturing business vitality and workplace culture
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and managers, identifying opportunities for delegation, role clarity, and internal organization
Lead and continuously improve HR processes from operations to strategy (recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance)
Develop clear job descriptions, backup structures, and interchangeability maps to ensure continuity and role transparency
Digitize HR workflows and support adoption of internal tools across teams (e.g., DocuWare)
Ensure labor law compliance and communicate employment terms clearly
Support managers in building a respectful, safe, and compliant work environment
Act as a trusted contact for sensitive employee matters (permits, family needs, documentation)
Design fair evaluation and bonus systems in collaboration with top management
Promote “train the trainer” practices and coach team leaders in People development
Establish optimal interaction and collaboration with the pay roll and personnel administration.
Ensure unity of vision between the two roles within the company
REQUIREMENTSHard Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field
Several years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic HR role
Solid budget outlook
Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written). German is a plus
Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is essential
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, compliance and local praxis
Experience with ISO standards and internal audits (HR-related)
Proficiency in HR digital tools and document digitization practices
