- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key decision-makers in relevant Accounts (Relevant hospitals, group practices, specialist centers and others).
- Act as a subject matter expert for the portfolio and the disease areas.
- Conduct deep analysis of patient pathways to identify unmet needs, systemic drivers, and barriers to care.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive account plans for assigned region, ensuring all activities are aligned with the therapeutic area’s objectives and deliver measurable value for patients, the healthcare system while leveraging adoption of our portfolio.
- Leverage digital tools (CRM/Salesforce, Office applications) for account planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in Specialty care (RHUM, PUL, IMMU preferred).
- Demonstrated success in strategic account management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent in English and French, Italian is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland as this is a field-based role.
