Every contribution matters - you'll play a key role in our collective performance.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented Production Manager to take on the challenges of a fast-paced assembly plant environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of 20 to 30 employees, ensuring operational excellence, production flow efficiency, and continuous improvement.Your Mission
- Lead and coordinate production operations, ensuring compliance with quality, deadlines, and cost targets.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop your team with natural authority, charisma, and leadership.
- Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings focused on production, safety, quality, and performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement effective, hands-on solutions.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of assembly lines.
- Standardize manufacturing processes and improve production flows.
- Be an active player in continuous improvement initiatives (experience with Lean Manufacturing tools is a plus).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate reporting.
- Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and shop floor best practices.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial assembly environment.
- Strong ability to lead and unite a production team.
- Solution-oriented, hands-on, detail-focused, and autonomous.
- Solid understanding of process standardization and flow management.
- Familiarity with Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, etc.) is a significant asset.
- Natural leadership with strong communication, listening, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working on the shop floor, close to teams and operational issues.
- Fluent in French; technical English is a plus.
