- Workplace - Collaborate with other team members and service provider to resolve complex technical problems on our workplace infrastructure
- HW management – Responsible for the hardware stock management and the joiner and leaver process by moving hardware and peripherals
- Mobile device management – Responsible for device, contract, billing and application support
- Team Tasks - Collaborate with other team members and deputize them. Show flexibility to take over task from colleagues when necessary
- Onsite Support - Respond to client requests for technical assistance via phone, ticketing tool, email and in-person, troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-line support.
- Completed apprenticeship or degree, alternatively equivalent professional experience
- IT supporter background and Service Delivery mentality with real attention to quality and excellence in all areas
- Flexible individual who can work on different topics and is willing to learn
- Strong technical understanding in the areas of end user computing and IT Infrastructure
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and German
- Strong team player with an ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence amongst peers and colleagues
- Experience of working with external service providers
