Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF 11.20 billion in sales in 2025.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Power BI Analyst Intern to support our analytics and reporting initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business and data teams to transform data into meaningful insights using Microsoft Power BI. This internship offers hands-on experience with real business data and exposure to enterprise-level reporting and analytics best practices.

Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
Support data preparation, transformation, and modeling using Power Query and DAX
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and KPIs
Help validate data accuracy and ensure report quality
Support documentation of datasets, reports, and business logic
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Learn and follow Power BI governance and best practices
Collaborate with senior analysts and BI developers on ongoing projects

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in: Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Economics or a related field
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
Familiarity with Power BI (academic projects or self-learning acceptable)
Basic knowledge of: Excel and SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of DAX and Power Query
Experience with relational databases
Interest in data visualization and storytelling
Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Fabric, Power Platform)
Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
