- Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services, billing, and account management.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and enhance overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and telecom tools is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
