  • “We detect to protect” – You share our enthusiasm for the detection and monitoring of natural hazards in alpine regions
  • Together with our team, you design systems for the detection and alarming of natural hazards
  • As a Systems Engineer, you create the hardware design (schematics) up to the integration of various components such as radar systems, power supply, communication, and software components. If needed, you are able to develop necessary software yourself (Python, Shell) The special challenge is that the systems must be robustly installed and operated in hard-to-access locations
  • In your role as Project Engineer, you lead the customer project through to installation and commissioning
This is you
  • You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering / Systems Engineering (BSc / MSc in Electronic Design / Systems Engineering / Mechatronics or similar)
  • As an experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager, you have led customer-specific projects in the development of comparable systems (e.g., antenna or solar systems) and worked in different organizations and technology sectors
  • You are familiar with the following technologies:
  • Linux: Shell, SSH, common commands
  • Computer networks
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Fascination for the alpine environment and working with and in nature
  • Willingness to travel (10–20%
