The QA Specialist Accessories will also contribute to the adequate and timely update of the quality sign-off, together with the corresponding supporting documentation along all I2L stages. He / she will ensure continuous improvement by working on product non-conformities, supplier development and further optimization of new products development process.A Day in the Life of a Quality Specialist
- Support new accessories development, ensuring the compliance with Nestlé quality and Product safety standards as well as the legal/regulatory compliance (including Market requirements) during the I2L Process steps
- Perform audits and line release inspection at suppliers
- Ensure lessons learned and design rules are applied in new development projects
- Communicate resolution to the necessary stakeholders
- Find further improvement opportunities using NCE tools for prioritization and problem solving (IPA, GSTD...)
- Master degree in Quality (Food safety - Packaging Safety) or chemistry, material science, or food science-related studies.
- Solid experience in QA and/or Product development in the following fields
o Promotional items * Factory and/or market positions, environments experience
- Track records in Project management
- Knowledge of the “Quality by Design” approach
- Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams and projects
- Ability to manage different projects at the same time
- Fluent in English, other language is an asset
