- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
- Execute on critical product milestones across web, Android and YouTube and Google Ads surfaces.
- Own and drive the daily work for cross-functional teams across engineering and user experience with high velocity and strength in product clarity and prioritization.
- Close collaboration with AdsTube Product Manager (PM) leads and contributions across product and go-to-market strategies.
- Understand creators and advertisers excitement and motivations for advertising on YouTube driving best practices, commercialization/marketing, and strategic narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, go to market, research, and sales.
