You will manage day-to-day operations to deliver IT services and meet agreed services levels and the support service for smooth and responsive operations.How will You contributeYou are in charge of:IT Cloud Engineering
- Deployment of cloud resources: Azure, Oracle Cloud
- Planning and implementation of the IT cloud infrastructure
- Optimize cloud infrastructure resources (performances vs budget)
- Linux servers administration
- Administration of DB: SQL, Oracle, Postgres, MySql
IT Service Management
- Interfacing external suppliers for support management
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with service level agreements
- Providing operational support for security management functions.
- Tracking compliance to IT related company policies.
- Anticipating infrastructure needs (capacity planning)
- Service and application documentation
IT User Support
- Providing support to IT colleagues
- Interacting with IT colleagues to resolve basic or complex issuesWho you areYou are a senior professional with strong problem-solving skills and ability to asses service impacting issuesYou have:- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience
- At least 3 years of experience as cloud engineer or application engineer, dealing with Service Level Agreement (SLA), scripting tools and automation (AZ cli, Ansible)
- DevOps skills: Kubernetes, Docker, AKS
- Knowledge of most of following: Azure, Windows systems, Active Directory, SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, network design, system monitoring and management
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
