- Product Leadership: Lead the development of net-new CV and edge engine capabilities (e.g., path prediction, group composition) from ambiguous research phases to production ready features.
- Navigate Technical & Architectural Trade-offs: Partner closely with the edge engineering team to make key architectural decisions. Translate complex concepts (e.g., 3D spatial perception) into actionable requirements, balancing model accuracy, latency, and edge-compute hardware constraints.
- Data-Driven Specifications & Evaluation: Produce and own clear technical features for our CV pipelines (Capture, Segment, Predict). Challenge technical assumptions, ensuring data collection strategies and every claim are backed by objective model evaluation metrics.
- Bridging Research to Production: Guide the transition of internal research into production-ready features driving also the edge engine features.
- Cross-Functional Translation: Translate highly complex concepts into actionable products for the commercial team, and translate AdTech/Retail Media market needs into technical roadmaps for the engineers.
- Privacy by Design: Ensure all AI product developments strictly follow Advertima’s privacy-by-design philosophy.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of launching 0-to-1 products in the AI, Machine Learning, or Deep-Tech space.
- Deep Architectural Fluency: You have a BSc/MSc in Computer Science, AI or Engineering. You cannot necessarily build a neural network from scratch, but you deeply understand the ML pipeline (data ingestion, annotation, training, inference, edge deployment vs. cloud).
- Hands-on with Data: You are comfortable digging into model evaluation data and can confidently debate technical trade-offs with senior engineers.
- CV/ML Literacy: Familiarity with computer vision concepts such as 3D spatial perception, object tracking and edge-based inference.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly resourceful, comfortable making decisions with incomplete data, and relentless about finding product-market fit in uncharted territory.
- Experience with MLOps and continuous model evaluation systems.
- Direct experience with AdTech or Retail Media ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of global privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) as they relate to AI/ML.
