
Remarketing Specialist & B2B Account Executive

- Oversee & conduct day-to-day operations of vehicle return, refurbishment, and resale processes.
- Coordinate logistics, vehicle checks, and ensure timely decision-making on refurbishment and sales channel allocation.
- Ensure vehicle listings (incl. photography and details) are published swiftly and to a high standard across gowago's and other platforms (e.g., Autoscout24).
- Manage documentation and invoicing processes for vehicle transactions.
- Identify and implement operational improvements across the remarketing process to drive efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and improve partner satisfaction.
- Pilot and onboard new technology partners and service providers to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of internal tools (e.g., fleet scoring, automation systems).
- Analyze market data, vehicle conditions, and competitor trends to develop dynamic, margin-driven pricing strategies.
- Own the pricing model for all remarketing vehicles, with accountability for profitability and inventory turnover.
- Drive the acquisition of new B2B dealer partners across Switzerland.
- Establish and nurture a nationwide dealer network for both sales and procurement needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer partners: from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Design and execute dealer retention and upselling strategies.
- 2+ years experience in automotive, leasing, or a fast-paced operational or commercial role.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make pricing or strategic decisions.
- Experience in B2B relationship building or sales is highly valued.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus), and ideally exposure to automated scoring or analytics systems.
- Languages: Fluency in English and German is required; French is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated initiative in piloting improvements or launching new processes.
- High level of autonomy within a clearly defined framework.
- Expected to make strategic recommendations and execute with minimal supervision.
- No direct reports, but close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Customer Success, Product, and Sales).
- Fixed Competitive Base Salary aligned with Grade 4 of our leveling framework.
