Then read on…Who you are:You are a strong communicator, interested in interacting daily with B2B market participants (family offices, banks, etc) and providing structured investment solutions across asset classes. You will be working with our Sales and Key Account Management teams, participating in the Sales and Client Management processes.Your tasks & responsibilities:
  • Drive the expansion of the GenTwo network, both domestically and internationally, with a particular focus on the UK or Middle East.
  • Build brand awareness in the market and cultivate a strong network of investment professionals.
  • Attract and retain B2B clients by delivering tailored, structured solutions across all asset classes, from traditional to alternative to digital.
  • Excellent communication skills, having the ability to connect to investment professionals, understand their needs, offer a solution in collaboration with your colleagues and close the deal successfully.
  • Take ownership of the client relationship, working with an entrepreneurial mindset to ensure prompt and successful delivery of solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives.
What you bring:Prior experience in the asset management and/or structured products industry.Deep market knowledge and a well-established network of key market participants.A results-oriented, highly disciplined approach, with a focus on delivering value to clients.Expertise in financial markets and structured products, enabling you to confidently manage multiple client accounts and requests.A client-centric mindset, with a proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality service while collaborating closely with both clients and internal business units.Exceptional social and soft skills that enable you to communicate effectively and connect with investment professionals at all levels.Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in other languages is a plus.A Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.What we offer:
