- Managing general office operations, answering calls, providing switchboard support.
- Being the first point of contact for guests, welcoming our clients, arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings, maintaining meeting rooms, calls and appointments.
- Organizing international travel bookings (flights, hotels and more) as well as visa applications.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, ordering office supplies.
- Providing administrative support to internal departments, maintaining and updating intranet content.
- Supporting the planning and execution of various events and trainings in-house and externally.
- You are absolutely committed to exceptional client and guest services, with a positive service mindset.
- You have an eye for details and an exact working style and ideally, you have initial experience in guest relations.
- You are an advanced MS Office user and proficient in German and English, both orally and in writing.
- You work independently and are able to set priorities under pressure.
- You are open minded, dynamic, and confident in handling and adapting to challenging situations.
