Investment Communication SpecialistOur client, a FINMA-regulated asset management firm advising a sophisticated UHNWI clientele in French-speaking Switzerland, is seeking an:Investment Communication SpecialistReporting to the Chief Investment Officer, (CIO) this strategic role sits at the intersection of investments and client engagement. You will be responsible for shaping and elevating how portfolio strategy, performance, and positioning are communicated to demanding stakeholders.Combining strong investment acumen with exceptional communication skills, you will translate complex financial insights into clear, compelling narratives that reinforce trust, highlight long-term value creation, and enhance the overall client experience.You will also play a key role in modernising communication practices by leveraging digital tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, client-facing reporting and investment communications with a strong focus on clarity, consistency, and impact
  • Translate investment strategies, asset allocation, and performance drivers into concise and insightful messaging
  • Continuously refine reporting frameworks and visual standards to elevate communication quality
  • Proactively showcase portfolio achievements, risk discipline, and strategic positioning
  • Work closely with investment teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment with the firm's vision and client expectations
Candidate Profile
  • 8–10 years of professional experience and a successful track record in similar roles (Product Specialist, Product Manager, Marketing, ...) within the financial services sector, with a preference for asset management, wealth management, banks or other financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio construction, performance analysis, and global markets
  • Proven ability to bridge technical investment content and high-level client communication
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
  • Strong affinity for innovation, including digital tools, automation, and AI
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and presentation skills
