Support of Computerized Systems:

Supporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy
User administration and support deployment of new tools
Reporting periodically
Performing system reviews (for GMP systems) and backups
Regular contacts and cooperation with software providers
Lab IT support

Prepare documentation of installations
Implementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions
Troubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
Over 2 years of experience in participating in a desk-side support environment
Good understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)
IT knowledge is required
Ability and willingness to work in a paper-based environment
Flexible and team oriented person
Collaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders
Experienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable
Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
