International & Intercompany Sales Manager

This role sits at the interface between Sales, Backoffice and internal stakeholders across Safran companies, ensuring responsiveness to opportunities and smooth commercial coordination.YOUR MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales Management
- Manage and develop sales activities in assigned entry level markets
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners in these territories
- Handle inquiries and opportunities in a reactive and efficient manner
- Prepare quotations and manage smaller commercial opportunities in cooperation with the Backoffice
- Maintain market awareness and support regional sales strategies in coordination with the sales directors
- Manage opportunities according to the requirements of the company (CRM)
- Manage and maintain relationships with Business Partners and distributors in the assigned territories
- Ensure proper onboarding, approval, and lifecycle management of Business Partners in the territory
- Coordinate and support the trade compliance approval process for Business Partners in general
- Ensure alignment with Safran Group compliance and export control requirements
- Support the Ultisense business line with rapid commercial actions
- Manage lead intake, qualification and follow-up
- Coordinate seeding activities with internal stakeholders
- Prepare standard quotations and proposals for smaller opportunities
- Ensure efficient handling of incoming requests
- Act as the focal point for ICO opportunities within the Safran Group
- Maintain close relationships with key internal Safran stakeholders
- Identify and track upcoming opportunities relevant for Safran Vectronix
- Coordinate the COOR (Commercial Offer & Order Review) process between the group companies and Safran Vectronix AG
- Ensure smooth execution of intercompany offers and orders
- Provide visibility to internal planning (S&OP and opportunities) through CRM
- Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in international sales, commercial operations or business development
- Ability to work across multiple internal stakeholders and organizational interfaces
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to manage opportunities efficiently
- Comfortable working in an international and technical environment
- The role is particularly suited for early-career professionals who are eager to gain broad exposure to international sales, commercial operations and partner management.
- Fluent in German and English (additional languages are an advantage like French)
- Travel activity max. 10-15%
