- Housekeeping
- Procedures for lockout/tag out
- Clean up at the end of job
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
- Strong background in electrical
- Good work history
- 3 years’ experience as an electrician in an industrial environment desired
- Teamwork
- Background in industrial electricity
- Basic PLC understanding and usage skills
- Must be able to understand and carry out basic instructions while performing manual labor related tasks
- Must be able to successfully use basic, math, writing, and reading skills necessary to complete the required paperwork and projects

- On the job training:
- Complete Apprenticeship program
- Credit for previous applicable schooling
- Use of PC for program trouble shooting
- Schooling on safety

- MP2 training, writing work orders and purchase requests
- GMP, Food Safety for Maintenance
- Sitting- to complete a task at lower levels
