You understand consistency.This is not a beginner position.WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKEYou prepare dough from scratch.You manage your mise en place.You bake pizzas during service — efficiently and consistently.You ensure hygiene standards are followed.You coordinate with the main kitchen team during busy hours.Your station must run smoothly.Guests may not see you —
