Credit Analyst/Junior Portfolio Manager - Fixed Income

- Credit analysis of issuers in Emerging Markets and Developed Markets;
- Portfolio monitoring, reporting and analysis for internal and external requests, supporting business development, impact management and board level activities;
- Conducting various tasks related to portfolio analysis, including macro and market research;
- Supporting the development of new portfolio management tools and initiatives;
- Working closely with portfolio managers with the opportunity to move into a PM role.
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience in fixed income;
- Deep understanding of fundamental credit analysis;
- Experience in performing credit analysis with a background in Emerging Markets is a plus;
- Experience in active decision making and portfolio management is a valuable asset;
- Top academic credentials (MSc preferred), with emphasis on Finance, Economics, Mathematics or similar;
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills in English;
- Strong quantitative & IT skills.
- Ability to formulate independent opinions;
- Passion for sustainability and impact investing in Emerging and Frontier Markets;
- Demonstrated self-starter with excellent work ethics and positive energy;
- Team player with an ability to work across different teams/offices in a multi-national/cultural environment;
- Ability to work efficiently and adhere to tight deadlines;
- High degree of responsibility and accountability, attention to detail.
