We are looking for a Project Development and Change Manager who will oversee railway projects of varying size and complexity and support the organization in delivering the right products and service solutions to our customers.How you’ll make an impactDrives adherence to contractual milestones by continuously monitoring project progress, including identified risks and opportunities from project kick-off onwardOversees project execution in line with best practices, HE policies, and guidelines, while controlling progress and resource utilizationRepresents the customer voice internally, acting as key customer contact and escalation point, and building strong, trust-based stakeholder relationshipsProvides regular and structured project reporting to the PMO through periodic review meetingsFacilitates effective and timely communication with internal project stakeholders and supports information flow as requiredApplies HE Tier accountability principles to escalate critical deviations or customer claims and supports corrective actions and escalationsManages customer change requests by collecting, documenting, and coordinating variation offers with stakeholders, and following through until order, delivery, and invoicingMonitors project financials in close collaboration with the project controller, maintains documentation accuracy, and drives the capture and sharing of lessons learnedYour backgroundBachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in railway or industrial application projectsPMP certification is an advantageVery good knowledge of MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to motivate and empower team membersStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information, align stakeholders, and manage expectationsFluency in French, B2 level in English; German is a plusMore about usOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
