Senior AI Project Manager

• Lead a CHF 15M+ transformational project reshaping and harmonising the SDLC

• Orchestrate cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, data/AI) across multiple locations and entities to deliver expected outcomes.

• Drive executive stakeholder management, shape decisions in governance forums, and ensure measurable business outcomes (time-to-market, quality, resilience).

• Plan and execute standards adoption and AI-readiness together with SDLC Change Leads in the different organisational units.

• Create momentum, inspire and foster engagement through clever communication, branding and events.

• Own end-to-end project controls: deliverables, scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and reporting.

• Transformational IT project leadership - 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technology transformation projects (CHF 10M+ scope), with full end-to-end ownership of budget, risks, and deliverables

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) expertise - hands-on knowledge of modern SDLC practices including Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum), DevSecOps, and CI/CD; ability to drive standards adoption across engineering teams

• Executive stakeholder management - proven experience navigating C-suite and governance forums, shaping decisions at CIO/CFO level, and managing senior stakeholders across international, cross-functional teams

• Financial services / banking background - minimum 4 years in a regulated financial environment, ideally in a complex, multi-entity organisation

• Organisational change & AI-readiness - track record of driving technology adoption and cultural change at enterprise scale, including exposure to AI-enabled tooling and modern engineering enablement

• PMP or equivalent certification - PRINCE2, IPMA, or PMP mandatory; university degree (Bachelor's minimum); fluent English essential, German a strong asset
