  • Assist in processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other employee benefits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or benefit claims.
  • Maintain accurate employee data for payroll and benefits purposes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to review, develop, and implement improvements to payroll processes and compensation and benefits policies.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to payroll, compensation, and benefits for HR management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR information.

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, or similar role focused on payroll and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll and benefits legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field is preferred.
