  • Support HR Business Partners in their daily business
  • Engage in the development and implementation of new HR concepts and projects
  • Coordinate cross-team communication, meetings and workshops
  • Take an active part in the further development and implementation of leadership training
  • Support the team with data usage and the adoption of new tools, e.g. GenAI in their daily work routine
  • Expand your aviation horizons and exchange with various departments in order to understand concepts, objectives and approaches of SWISS and the Lufthansa Group

  • Team player with a collaborative spirit
  • HF diploma, Bachelor's, Master's students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters), preferably in the field of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • Very good MS Office skills are a must; experience in the use of data and Gen AI tools is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, discreet and diplomatic attitude
  • High motivation to proactively take over tasks
  • Good spoken and written German and English skills
