We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Relationship Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative EAM team in Zürich, where team spirit, client focus, and innovation drive our success in serving EAMs in the German and Italian-speaking regions.Your Role :
  • Support the team of EAM relationship managers to consistently deliver premium service to a demanding professional clientele.
  • Proactively and independently manage administrative and operational follow-ups, in direct contact with clients.
  • Contribute to the team’s commercial efforts through personal involvement and a strong sense of service.
  • With the help of relationship managers, understand and guide clients through the bank’s range of tools, services, and solutions.
  • Act as a liaison with all internal departments and counterparts to provide quick and accurate responses to client requests.
  • Perform verification and execution of transfer orders.
  • Ensure compliance of documents, supporting materials, and files.
  • Flawlessly manage standard account openings.
Your Profile :
  • Academic or commercial education related to the financial sector.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, within an EAM environment.
  • Fluent German speaker, very good command of English. French and other languages are an asset.
  • Commercial mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, motivation, and a strong sense of service.
  • Excellent ability to work in a team and network, demanding, multitasking, and highly stress resistant.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office), ideally familiar with the in-house tool G2.
  • Work permit in Switzerland.
