In this role, you will play a key part in originating and executing corporate finance transactions, contributing to the firm’s advisory and capital markets activities in Switzerland.The Swiss Corporate Finance franchise provides integrated investment banking services across industries and products, including financial advisory in M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions and leveraged buyouts. You will work closely with senior bankers as well as product and sector specialists globally, gaining broad exposure to transactions and industries.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with senior bankers to originate, structure and execute transactionsTake an active and productive role in live transactionsPrepare complex financial and valuation analyses as well as corresponding modelsDevelop an understanding of clients’ businesses to tailor solutions to their needsPrepare presentations and other materials for marketing purposes and live dealsConduct and coordinate due diligence processesProvide guidance and on-the-job training to analysts and internsSkillsUniversity degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or Economics2-4 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance / M&A with a leading investment bank or boutiqueStrong numerical, analytical and financial modelling skillsHigh level of focus on work quality and attention to detailAble to work independently and under pressureExcellent communication skills and strong self-motivationCreative problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentHigh degree of maturity and strong commitment to integrity and teamworkExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and GermanStrong sense of ownership with a proactive, hands-on work style and a proven track record of independently driving tasks forward, coordinating diverse teams and delivering high‑quality resultsWell-being & BenefitsEmotionally and mentally balanced
