We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.We are currently looking for a Demand Planner to join us at our facility in Urdorf.Key responsibilities:Purchasing technical equipment, accessories and spare parts as well as paint and non-paint items (car repair paint and accessories)Checking customs documents, customs clearance and customs clearance invoicesGoods receipt inspections, including processing of direct deliveriesEvaluation of new products, including requests for quotations, testing and price calculationsMaintenance of article master data in ERP, including BAG registrationsCoordination of loan and repair equipment, including returns/complaints processingPoint of contact for customers, field staff, marketing and internal sales as well as suppliersPlanning and implementation of campaignsMerchandise planning for the assigned product groups (order processing, goods receipt inspection, returns processing, complaints)Master data maintenance for assigned product groups (entering and changing items/prices, ensuring data quality, storing images and data sheets)Preparation of stock value checks (value, availability, turnover, slow-moving items)Active processing of backorders (alternative suppliers/products)Checking order confirmations, incoming goods inspections and invoicesKey requirements:Completion of a commercial apprenticeship, retail trade, technical sales or commercial school is requiredInitial experience in purchasing is desirableKnowledge of the paint and/or workshop business is an advantageAffinity for technology/paintHigh willingness to learnTechnical knowledge of chemical lawVery good knowledge of German and EnglishSalary: 80'000 – 90'000 CHFAxalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
