A Luxury Maison is seeking a Grand Vendeur for its boutique in St. Moritz.Key responsibilities:
Sales:
Develop and nurture a strong Client portfolio to achieve sales targets
Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking and partnerships in the local ecosystem
Client Experience:
Develop and maintain a client-centric culture, offering a personalized and memorable service that reflects the values and image of the Maison
Anticipate client needs, and ensure a seamless and exclusive shopping experience
Business development & Events organization:
Contribute to the business development strategy of the boutique by creating and activating local networks (hospitality, private clubs, conciergeries, etc.)
Coordinate and host exclusive private client events, ensuring flawless execution and high-quality guest experience
Collaborate with the Marketing & Events teams to leverage brand initiatives and adapt them to the St. Moritz market
Monitor ROI of events and activations, providing insights and recommendations to further strengthen the Maison's presence
Brand representation:
Represent the Maison at exclusive local and international events; strengthen loyalty among existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
Act as a true local ambassador of the Maison
Desired profile :
Significative Luxury Sales experience and established VIC portfolio in St. Moritz and/or Zurich
