  • Sales responsibility for existing and new business in Liechtenstein, Switzerland, South Germany, Austria and Benelux in the dental segment
  • Defines, coordinates and implements action plan for KA globally
  • Strengthens customers relationships and acquire new customers
  • Identifies new opportunities for growth, closes new businesses and ensures business objectives/strategies are met
  • Build dealer network, plan Co-Marketing activities and increase sales of private label and branded products
  • Identifies market trends and delivers input for the Dental segment strategy and the development of the Dental segment
  • Introduces new products and services to the market
  • Provides consistent sales and forecast planning
  • Conducts, keeps records and follows up on sales visits/meetings
  • Works with in-house counsel during negotiations of Terms and Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supply and Distribution Agreements as needed with customers
  • Determines and recommends the pricing to be included in the quotation to the customer, within established guidelines
Qualifications
  • Min. bachelor’s degree in business management
  • Proven experience (5 years +) in substantially similar roles
  • Hands- on experience in medical devices sales (OEM focus), ideally in the dental segment
  • Analytical capability as required in reviewing, assessing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, as required in working effectively with customer personnel to interpret their requirements, develop new business, and resolve problems and issues that arise
  • Leadership and management capability, as required in KAM
  • SAP & CRM knowledge like f. e. Sales Force are an advantage
  • Understanding of the financial and economic aspects in determining profit margins and associated pricing levels
  • Business fluency in German and English completes your profile
