You are working hand in hand with the customer service manager and the outage manager in the planning and execution of power plant service activities. You are part of an international and multi-disciplinary team. Your main goal is on time delivery to support smooth execution of our service activities around the world at optimum cost. You plan thoroughly well in advance and react fast on short term changes.Your responsibilitiesCo-ordinating the supply of material and services during preparation and execution of power plant inspections and overhauls • Ensuring material and services are available on time considering manufacturing, procurement and transport lead times • Monitoring the material delivery status and mitigate potential delays • Actively expediting suppliers in collaboration with the purchasing team • Ensuring the full compliance with the applicable legislations for transport and customs • Managing all associated transactions in SAP.RequirementsYour profileTechnical/commercial degree with additional qualification in supply chain operations • Experienced user of SAP/R3 Module MM (SD / PS) • +5 years of experience in international supply chain environment • Resilient team player who enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment • Strong organization and planning skills • Able to manage own projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team • Drive for results • Work well under pressure • Ability to manage multiple topics in a fast-paced environment and deal with different stakeholders from different areas in the organization • Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian would be an asset.Other informationYour benefit with usWorking with passionate people • Participating in environmental sustainability • Challenging work • Attractive and exciting products • Interaction with international colleagues • Flexible working conditions • Place of work in a beautiful small Swiss city rich in culture and history in the heart of Switzerland, close to the metropoles like Zurich and Basel.Video
