Provide legal support across EMEA in areas such as commercial contracts, distribution, regulatory, compliance, and competition law.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and R&D agreements.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Support corporate governance and manage external counsel.
Act as deputy to the Head of Legal EMEA when needed.
Contribute to the development of digital legal tools and compliance frameworks.
Strong background in life sciences, commercial law, and competition law.Take on a strategic legal role with high visibility across EMEA.
Qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction (Swiss or French qualification preferred).
At least 10 years of experience in an international law firm and/or in-house legal department.
Strong background in life sciences, commercial law, and competition law.
Fluent in English; fluency in French or another EMEA language is a plus.
Pragmatic, hands-on, and business-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
